Liability Insurance

KCKA, its Officers, Board members, Trip Leaders and ALL Participants are covered with liability insurance when the trip is approved by ACA and all participants are either ACA members or pay an event insurance fee.

 

KCKA List of Insured

Being on this list means that you belong to both KCKA and ACA and we have liability waivers for both organizations on file. As long as you are on this list and RSVP for trips in advance, you won't need to show membership cards, do paperwork or pay insurance fees at the put-in.  In fact, you won't have any insurance fees because your ACA membership covers the liability insurance.

Current KCKA members are NOT ON THIS LIST until we receive proof of ACA membership and two signed waivers.

Waivers on file will be good for a year.  I am not yet sure if this means a calendar year or 12 months.
