Tom Kneil will give a presentation on The End of Surburbia: Oil Depletion and The Collapse of the American Dream. For 50 years the surburban way of life has been part of the American dream. Now some of us question the sustainability of this way of life. “With brutal honesty and a touch of irony, ‘The End of Surburbia’ explores the American Way of Life and its prospects as the planet approaches a critical era, as the global demand for fossil fuels begin to outstrip supply.” Mankind’s inaction will have enormous consequences! The program explorers what can be done NOW, individually and collectively to avoid the end of suburbia. Contact: Tom Kneil (316) 744-1016 or
